    My surgeon had the best success rate in the area and I knew many people who had their surgery done by him. I'm really pleased with his work. I'm just a very slow loser and thought I would have lost more weight by now.

    Thanks Angel. I'll have to try that. I know I haven't been getting all my Water in so that is part of the problem I guess. But I have been trying harder to get the water in. I have some dulcolax here and may give that a try tonight. I'd be doing great if it wasn't for that.

    I had RNY surgery July 11. I have lost 20 lbs. and am at a stand still. My main problem is constipation. I was struggling with it before my surgery but now I am just miserable. I take Miralax but am still bloated and uncomfortable. Any suggestions. Thanks.
