  1. I had my surgery  May 26th 2015.I've lost around  200 pounds.This is not the easy way out.Its easier to just go on a diet.

      I never thought the surgery is an easy way out; it's probably truly harder than a diet, for sure. Just based on all the experiences I've read. I've yet to have mine. But with that said, it is easier to say you'll be on a diet, but probably just as hard to stay on and be successful with it too, most times the weight comes crashing back on; at least with surgery your chances of it coming back are smaller--it truly is a lifestyle change, both ways.
