I really haven't had any protein shakes eating did get better I still get full after about 4 bites. Sometimes I over eat and get well sleepy and bloated. But overall I'm doing good with eating Thank you -

I've lost close to 60 pounds first weeks out of surgery are roughf don't try to force any food down follow the diet the doctor gives you. You will get through the rough stages stay positive -
