Hello! I was sleeved about four days ago, and I was wondering if anyone knew of quick protein sources for when I start eating more solids in the next couple of weeks? I've read a couple of threads about the isopure drinks with high protein content, does anyone know of any other ready-to-go suggestions? I'm in class all day and I really want to get the suggested amount of protein in. Thank you!

Hello everyone, I am 20 years old and I am scheduled to have my gastric sleeve surgery performed tomorrow! I am very nervous being that it's my first surgery, but am extremely motivated. I have struggled with my weight my entire life, and I was determined to find a solution that would give me lasting results. I just have a couple of questions--for those of you that have had the sleeve, how would you describe the pain post op? How long does it persist? Was it especially hard to take liquids in the first couple of days?
