im considering Lap Band surgery ,however my insurance doesn't cover anything bariatrics related. Is anyone from St Louis Mo have any recomandation regarding surgeons or how much it will cost ....

Bella, I seriously urge you to look into sleeve over lap band. The price difference is very small and the complications are far less. I see a lot of people on here get erosion of their stomach with the band, have to have it reversed and ultimately wind up getting sleeve to have successful weight loss. Look around the forums for more feedback
