ebony - had no idea how old your home was, love what you have done; fireplace especially. we have just gutted our place, started @ the second floor and are working our way down. a lot of expense has gone into replacing all electrical/plumbing/propane/water lines (in the country). this wkend we got all our art out of storage and have started decorating our upstairs (2 guest rms/music-game rm/media rm-kitchen/baths). along with FINALLY agreeing on all textiles for the downstairs remodel. kitchen is gutted now (pic attached) - glad we had another one built upstairs...., exciting - finally putting pcs together and starting to feel like home.

way to motivate a 5yr old w/sad face report sheets - very sad. have any of you seen the thread about the woman who's kid sits in a silent lunch room. these poor kids can't iteract w/their peers during "down time" - insane. i can pimp out the labs- but they generally dig where you don't want them too. i swear there is one hill in our backyard that they think jimmy hoffa is burried in. you can barely see their legs , all upper body & head is in this hole - digging away. up w/coffee as well, dogs & hubby still sleeping - so i plan on ejoying the quiet for as long as it lasts:)
-

i thought the exact same thing! when i stopped working - i donated my work clothes to a shoppe that does "new beginnings". gets women back on their feet & assist in new homes/jobs. some were homeless, ex drug users, right out of prison, abused, etc. thought about going into costco to complain - but something told me it would fall on deaf ears. well my mainstay, catholic charities will be here tsday to pick up clothes/kitchen stuff & whatever else i purge through this wkend.

*cute* *cricketts, glouc - are you infested w/those black suckers in houston? they are all over the place up here - gross, i have one dog that likes to catch & eat them:ohmy: *congrats on the loss heartfire *suzyt, glad you posted, take care of yourself this long wkend! so i just had an odd moment @ costco. as i'm leaving (entrance different side of bldg) - there is a table w/2 women asking for donations to a womans shelter. when approached, i asked for their address as i would have many clothes to donate. "nah - we just need the cash" i was told, i said how unfortunate and walked away. now i need to hit my closets to clean out and find a worth charity that wants them.

really no way of knowing that. i will say that even though i'm no longer in "weightloss" mode my body definition improves every day w/the weight training & cardio i do each wk. you might have to add more food to your mix - but if it's not broke, don't go trying to fix it.
-
yes, but don't be afraid to get an unfill should a small hiccup occur. i had to get an unfill for 5wks, and because i exercise decently - even w/eating more - i lost. got to goal in 10months & have been maintaing over a yr.
-
i can do bread OK if it's sliced thin & toasted. i prefer whole wheat over white, but have had sourdough /italian bread here - there. another alternative is, i make wraps using "flatout wraps" (have southwest chipotle right now). i cut them in half they are really big, but each one is 140cal & 7g Protein, very flavorful.

i think it sounds wonderful honestly! i like the idea of "chow" - got a pot of zuc/corn chowder going now to freeze up....have about a dozen more to play w/. NOTHING going on this wkend for us. DH is back in town & just wants to veg out - my brother/fiance' & dogs are coming out to BBQ tom & smoke some meat :smile2: tee'd that one up for plain as well.
-
yesterday - b- half english muffin toasted w/tuna salad s- half cucumber w/greek yogurt dip l- zucchini fries d- chips/queso & 2 lg margaritas :smile2:

anyone listening - ? - i know it's cricket season, but i can't find my ear muffs............. ah..., sport -
-
i put that ? out to the mods this evening. i think taunting - stalking -R- ISSUES, garners my well equipped vocab if "it" wants to still play ..... saying , need taps- i have too much zucchini & need to cook....did a bunch today - sent to slim; just don't like frozen veggies. who pickles - plain can't answer.
-
UGH - not a fan of the dry side; i like dripping oozing dialogue, that is of substance. victim vermouth leaves an after taste that is very unappealing. like my martinis w/a bit of TX spice - ya know jalepeno pumped up olives - sassy'ness & all. oh but that's band friendly right? must call dr.............
-
i'll take a victim martini up w/a splash of sarcasm
