i can definitely relate & understand. *get a tape measure and start taking your measurements *change up food choices/calories - ie: one day eat 1100 calories the next 1300; play around *change up exercise routines, try a different type of cardio *put the scale away for a while *don't give up exercise - it's great for your mental health too i found when i did the same old same old - the scale did the same.

great shots from that distance. i would love to get into photography, dh got me a reasonable entry digital for bday to play around with - see if i really enjoy. i just love the wildlife around you!

oh my - no such thing warranted here. in fact my dr told me to have a great diner and nothing after midnight the day before surgery - whew......thanks to that~ -

for me - i just keep doing what i started. still keep an eye on what i eat (most days) - exercise 5 days a wk & watch my fill level. i also still see my dr regularly, which i do believe helps. i think maintaining is just as hard a losing - rather just staying on top of it. it's easy once you complete a goal to let yourself slide some; that for me would just counter all that i did - i know i would let myself overindulge.....so i stick with what works, again "most days":wink: -

mother nature knew exactly what i needed today - FINALLY clouds, in the low 90's and maybe RAIN! i love company - but love when they leave too. came home from the gym, and everyone was gone!!! the best guests know when to leave. actually had a great time, but i need an afternoon to veg out - which is what i'm about to do ..... huddle down w/some movies:) enjoy the rest of the wkend!

i totally get the visual~~~!! LOL "thought" i had time to LBT/FB while comany sleeps in - but i hear the rumblings of people moving about upstairs,....was kinda enjoying the quiet w/all the dogs napping around me & coffee.:smile2: re - get together, i think everyone who needs to travel just just write their top4 dates as a starting point & go from there. guess my cooking day starts about now; have a good 4th everyone!!!!!

today - spin class w/DH who about crashed - and yes i LMAO!!! glouc - try some dips, can do them on any chair, bicep, tricep, shoulder routine .. 3X a wk. up the weight w/lower reps as you progress ... you'll be a sexy bride!!!!

i'm not a fan of those who know/knew about abuse & fail to do the right thing by contacting the authorities and getting those individuals out of the general population. i can appreciate being "scared" as one who is "abused" themselves - but a second party to blindly ignore is criminal. might sound harsh - but my stance. my dad was abused by his mom daily - he never so much as put a hand on me other than to hug. cycles can be brokes and it's lame to use it as an excuse.

i am very fond of ya'll here in the PJTP thread! - i don't have many IRL that much less knows about the band, nor can relate to the process - all the while sharing MANY stories or feelings that we just don't verbalized to the outside. * heartfire, very sorry about the cutbacks & how it affects your family. * ebony, have a FANTASTIC time on your vacation!!! * beth, did you bite the dog??? :tongue2: * slim, that's a large fee for a family reunion. mine doesn't do those really, contingents get together - but there isn't enough wine in the world that can get some together in the same rm.... * going to send she smiles a note, and get a better idea of her travel plans -lets just plan on doing something next summer as a group! ok - just got back from the market (have company coming this wkend) - not a lick of meat and i spent too much. sad i buy doggie bones & treats for the visiting dogs - yes everyone brings there dogs ..... good thing i "heart" them:)

i think via FB i was volunteered by SNT/Boo Boo Kity - which i'm totally fine with. She Smiles is coming & doing a US trip next june. that gives everyone enough time to get to goal, buy some fabulous swim suits and plan on coming to TX. oh & taps.......plane takes you up 13,000ft, not 3,000ft :wink5:
