that is interesting. DH and i were both denied *yet went self pay* with BCBS of TX well over a yr ago. when open enrollment for his company came around last Nov (after we were both banded) we were able to choose UHC, which we had prior to BCBS TX - no issues. that is truly unfortunate to be denied a benefit, that - that ins didn't have to pay for that will improve your health. i hope your able to find a proper ins policy that doesn't crush you financially!!!

took 8 fills to 8.5cc's before restriction for me.....i'm back down to 7.2 & it seems to be a good place. -

i'm a big sissy in the crowd, i would have needed 2wks off (don't work outside the home). i had extreme port pain for 10+ days and got very little sleep because of it. i'd suggest a Plan B, should you need to take extra time & not have issues doing so. -
boobs only went from a 38DD to a 32D, mother nature & gravity are having a war as to how low they "droop" - but a good bra makes me feel 20 again. the issue i have lately...hands. my slender hands which turned into little sausages after i gained weight look like hot dogs that have been nuked' = shrunkin' & wrinkly. my concern is the hands really show the age, so i'm a moisturizing whore with collagen & hope to fend away the wrinklies...

i haven't blocked anyone, however she has a new BFF over there - more charming than her, if you can imagine. snt - congrats on the weightloss i gave the bag of halloween to my contractor, he has 5 kids & i can't look at chocolate (TOM) w/out eating the bag...can't just have one..LOL slim - there ARE a lot of old threads coming back up....heck this thread has a birthday tomorrow!!!!

i really think this was the last "team" episode..., think they're going individual. if not mistaken, i think each season - they do bring back 2 persons voted off based on their percentage of weightloss while at home. i would just LOVE for 2 to come back & replace vicki / brady or heba!

everyone's routine is different, but my trainer says the same thing - weight training first, however, do a quick 10min cardio warm up beforehand...then after weight training, i'll add an additional 20-40 min of cardio. for arms outside of weights - pull ups / push ups / dips (can do on the side of a chair) for legs outside of weights - squats & lunges
