I start tomorrow. I am using shakeology shakes, unjury unflavored powder, cream of chicken soup, decaf coffee, and broth and yogurt during my liquid fast. I can also have sugar free popcicles and sugar fee pudding and jello. I hope I'm ready. I did a 21 day Daniel fast prior to this so I have been cleansed out in a sense. Prayer will definitely be required to get me through, especially with 6 kids ( includes two sets of twins) at home. -

My doc told me I could mix flavored water drops into my yogurt. I even thought about adding ranch seasoning to my plain greek yogurt. I hope that helps.

My doc told me that you will actually have gained weight from the surgery during the first week because of all the fluids. Week 2 should be a better indicator of your weight loss. -

Hi. I'm scheduled for surgery 8/26. I start an all liquid diet on 8/12. I am looking forward to getting my life started,. I was injured in the military during operation Iraqi freedom and had trove losing weight. Now I cam hey my life back and be in less pain too. Thanks for starting this forum. -
