I avoid the scale by all means the only time I weigh myself is at my Docters appointment I feel like that is better for me. Doing good so far I lost 25 pounds and I'm 1 month post-op as of today. -

hello...thank you and I feel pretty good no complaints at all. Right now I'm 3 weeks post-op and on pureed ugh...that's all I can say...lol I'm just following my plan so far I lost 25 pounds. As far as support groups I've only been to 1 pre-op I will be at the next 1 for post-op. How are things going with you? How far post-op are you. Let's keep in touch. -

Hi u guys!! ???? How far out from surgery did you ladies start back or were wearing spanx or corsets?? I'm 7 days post-op I know I'm not no where near ready now as I'm still healing. But just wanted to know when it was the right time?

Well I know for me I can't do it from my cell phone at all....or else I would've been filled in my info. I'm 10 days post-op and people are already telling me I look like like I'm losing weight. I refuse to get on a scale right now tho. ???? -

Is it normal to have dry mouth all the time?? I sip a lot of water threw out the day and don't be understanding why my mouth is so dry at times.

I am also 9 days post-op and have they same problem glad to know its normal. I just keep brushing my teeth, flossing and keeping mouth wash on handy...lol
