I had RNY on 7/15 and my energy level is so low. Stamina is almost non-existent. I am hoping as I begin stage 3 tomorrow, where I can eat canned chicken and eggs, that I might start feeling better. I'm able to get 41g of protein in each day, but I'm really getting tired of the sweet protein shakes I'm getting in between 1.5-2 miles of walking a day but I am so drained by mid afternoon that I could nap for hours.
