I’ve had this issue my problem was that I was trying to swallow big portions when I ate smaller bites it was fine not throwing much

I'm almost at my year mark! I haven't loss the weight that I believe I have I'm not sure if I need to do ?something different I looks as if I did but the scale says I haven't ! What do I do to get the ball rolling again I need to lose 40 lbs! Help me

Hi, I am 2 yrs out I have not been successful with ,y weight loss goals, I considered going back for a revision, but I wanted to see if i could jump start my weight loss without the revision any suggestions?

Lillita I thin it's true what the dr is saying I'm almost at the year mark and I was at 243 when I had my procedure. On the 30th of this month I will have only lost 43 lbs and today I weigh and I have lost another 3. And my daughter who is shorter and weigh a whole lot more has lost 85lbs and is at her year mark? I was concerned our dr. Said we will loose differently because of our body types. But in my clothes I look a whole lot smaller than I actually am! So stay on your path and be patient! Ozzie
