Well done for you'd hard work. We are of similar height and starting weight. I want to know what was your rate of weight lost per week or month? And what kept you motivated to keep going? Just interested to know. This is the breakdown monthly that i kept for the first year post op. I weigh in regularly, because i feel that it keeps me honest. My tastes have changed since vsg, and i love my greens! I also love to run, but i walk minimum of 40 miles a week for work, so i don't run regularly now at this point. I still stick with a cup of food per meal and can stop when i feel satisfied. I only have 1 Protein bar per day....shakes are not regular at all now...their only as needed, if im sick or out running. OMG, you look amazing. How long did it take for all the wieght too come off. I'm just wondering because I feel like I'm in the a stall and is not moving and we're about the same size at the beginning of our journey
