Yes, my doctor told me I was doing to much to quickly and maybe I needed to let my body heal. He said it's take 6 weeks for your inside to heal right. Hope this helps -

I I had my procedure on August the 21st and I'm only down 21 pounds. I thought I had would have lost more weight by now. I know its only been 2 weeks tomorrow but I thought much more would have came off. Do I have unrealistic expectations. -

Your welcome keep me posted of your weight loss, a friend of my told me not to weight my every day ,do it once a month. This help keep you encourage. My weeks is tomorrow but I'm not weighing in until my three weeks post visit. -
I'm 2 weeks out and sometimes you must encourage yourself. Reading other post help you get through it. I'm down 21st pounds but I believe that should have been down more but reading people post help and praying. Stay encourage

Go to Costco's or Sam and get the premix premier protein. Drink apple juice/White grapes juice with a little water in it this will help you with the diarrhea. Hope this helps you and I hope you're feeling better. -

I'm in pain I had my surgery on the 21st of August and I'm just about out of the meds. The pain is bad my Doctor told the surgery went fine but my liver was enlarged not sure why did let you at the hospital the next day I'm not sure why they don't give you at least one refill on the medicine they prescribe you. -
