    I'm ok my weight loss is moving slow 295 for two weeks. I was reading that maybe we need to up / lower our calories. This may help. We will get to our onederland.

    For The NEXT two weeks ONLY drinks your three shakes should be 30 grams of proteins each and 64 oz of water. This will help with weight loss and your eating to much. Hope this helps
