My menu is not really a certain calorie....it's protein and carbs....10-14 gms of protein 6 x's per day. 7-10 carbs 4 x's. I have lost a lot of inches. My surgery was 7/14 and I am only down 25 lbs since surgery; 35 total. I look at it like this... I am not gaining and slow and steady means less hanging skin.
