  1. TxLee...20...Geesh, that is a lot in one week! I would settle for that in a month LOL!! However, I do have a friend of mine who dropped most of his weight in the very beginning and he kept it off. Wishing you the best. Shaye

    Hooray...Tooting of my own horn!

Sdocforce....I was just told about couch to 5k and I am starting it tomorrow. I have been doing 2 miles 3 to 4 times a week and I had to do a dance on the track when I ran a full lap without stopping. I'm super excited about running!!!

    Can cross my legs!

Bulawookie that was the best feeling ever for me!!! I was crossing my legs and didn't even realize I was doing it. When I noticed it, the tears came streaming down!!! Congrats!!!!!
  5. I am so glad I found this post!!! It was the very question I wanted to ask. I have a 10cc band and I am at 6.5cc's right now. I am still struggling a little. I am not losing as I was in the beginning but I do know that it's because of my hunger. I am glad to know that this will get better. I was banded April 30, 2014 and I started at 316lbs and I am now 273. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Shaye
