3 days out - protein?

I was told at first to concentrate on getting my fluids in and that is difficult the first week or two. Protein is secondary so if you have to wait until tomorrow to try your protein then wait until tomorrow. It would be worse if you threw up. Good luck! -
I was using MyNetDiary long before surgery so I have continued using it. I can manually set my daily calories, carbs, and protein. It has a free version or an upgraded version.

Unexpectedly slow start to weight loss

I have been a "slow loser" also but if you stick to the plan you can't help but lose weight. You are eating so few calories the weight has to come off. Don't get discouraged because it is going to happen! The first month or so I think our bodies are in shock and recovering from surgery. Have you measured? Do this monthly because sometimes it's inches and not pounds that we lose. Good luck! Summer -

I went through the same thing. Week 2 PO I had my very first stall. I think I lost less than 1 pound that week. Just keep doing what your suppose to do and it will come off. Congratulations on your surgery and keep working your plan. Summer -

What to wear in hospital? What feels best?

I wore the hospital gown and definitely no bra because one of my incisions was right on my bra line. Just think "comfy" for a week or so after surgery. Good luck! Summer -

I had the same concerns about going below 35 BMI. I also had type 2 diabetes and I was told not to go below 35 or the insurance company could deny me. Good luck! -
