How is everyone doing now? I've been at a stall, but still close to my goal.

Just found out my surgery is on September 3rd. Any suggestions on what I should do to prepare?

I had my RNY done on the 3rd. Everything went well and I have some pain on the left side were most of the action took place. The liquid diet was a killer, but so glad I made it and drank extra water on the days that I was hungry. Also I used flavor extracts in my drinks too. Peppermint with the chocolate and orange with the vanilla. Looking forward to this new life.

I'm really excited and nervous at the same time. I'm looking forward to losing weight, but afraid I'll have days when I want to eat everything in sight! I heard that changes after surgery
