I split one bottle in 3 and mix it with zero vitamin water and plain water... Then drink it all day long... Great way to mask the flavor, get more protein and drink water all at once

Do you have degenerative arthritis or fibromyalgia?
snowy'smom replied to bobbyswife's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I started walking (very little) at the hospital. And little by little I added distance and speed. I still walk fairly slow in the treadmill (3 mph) is my max stretch and I can do only a few minutes at that speed. I hope this helps ???? -

Do you have degenerative arthritis or fibromyalgia?
snowy'smom replied to bobbyswife's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Hello I also suffer from fibromyalgia and arthritis, the pain has been on and off but nothing too terrible, thank God I have not had one of those horrible flare ups when even mi hair and finger hurt. Still a lot of soreness and stiffness but I am able to do 2 hours of exercise at least 5 days a week, and for that I am greatly thankful. I'm losing rather slow and that is very frustrating. For the days when the pain is in I take Tylenol (500) or Tramadol, depending on how bad it is. And I take over the counter sleep aid. Overall I feel that I can move a little bit more each day. And I can wait to lose more to see how much more I can do. -
Hi there, I just wanted to say I started reading your blog and I love it... It almost feel like having s conversation instead of reading. Very insightful and very inspiring thank you for being so brave in sharing your story.

I am so frustrated, I had the sleeve too, first month I lose 12 pounds, not great but not too bad either... Second month 5 lbs only!!! I have been working out 5-6 times per week, both cardio and weights. Eating at least 100 gr of protein while trying to keep carbs to less than 25 gr. calories to less than 900 per day (more around like 650-750) drinking at least 70oz of water and all that for 5 lbs!!! ???? So frustrating!!! -

I also read that dry brushing the skin before a shower helps. -

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I greatly appreciate it. Have a great day.

Question.... If I am mixing the Isopure drink with Water, will it eliminate/reduce the 40 gr of Protein? I do drink a whole bottle a day but split it into 3. It is a lot easier to drink this way. Thank you.
