    I went from a size 10 to a size 4!

    I hate that commercial. Anyone at any height at a size ten is perfectly healthy and nice looking. I would like to kick that lady in the cooter. No wonder all these skinny folks "size 14 & under" feel they need to be super skinny and anorexic. I can't wait till I am a size 18 again. I would be perfectly happy at that. JMO
  2. It's Monday and here are my goals: 1. Eat Three healthy meals. 2. Drink at least 64oz of Water. 3. Get back to exercising. I slacked off the last 3 days. NO EXCUSE...just didn't want to do it. OBTW.....I did finish the menu for the week. It makes meal planning so much easier.:hungry:
  3. DONE1. cook hubby and I a hearty/healthy brunch DONE2. clean bathroom cubbards. DONE3. price remodeling items at Menards NOT DONE>>>AT LEAST NOT YET4. prepare a menu for the week....and stick to it!
  4. For the most part I got Saturdays goals done. Except for the brisk walk. Sunday's goals: 1. cook hubby and I a hearty/healthy brunch 2. clean garage (if it is warm enough (above 40*) if not clean bathroom cubbards. 3. price remodeling items at Menards 4. prepare a menu for the week....and stick to it!

  6. Okay so I didnt set goals for today Friday, but I did get A Lot done. Goals for Saturday: 1. Buy groceries. 2. Clean the house/garage (garage depending on weather). 3. Eat healthy. 4. Go for a long brisk walk with hubby & dog.

    I hate my Mother-in-law!!

    I agree your hubby needs to talk to his mom. Maybe include a letter from you explaining your actions and why you did what you did. It isn't fair to your children to get cheated out of their grandmother....just because she is being a wicked witch. Maybe if your children are big enough have them call your MIL and beg her to come visit. Nothing like a little kid to melt granny's ice cold heart.
  8. Everything is done on my list for Thursday, although hubby wouldn't let me spend all of his money! LOL!

    Prayers Needed for my Hubby

    My husband Burt is having right eye cataract surgery this morning. He will have the left eye done in two weeks. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers today. Thanks. Pam:)
  10. :cry I didn't get my ten minutes on the bike done on weds. Darn it. Goals For Thursday: 1. Get at least 5 hours of sleep today, so I am not so tired tonight at work. 2. Drink at least 64 oz of Water. 3. Take hubby to pick up his check & help him spend it! LOL! 4. Figure the bills.
  11. Got my fourth fill today. I now have 7ccs in my VG band. So now for my to do list I just need to do 10 minutes on the bike. Laundry is done! Then I am done for today!
  12. Healthy breakfast for hubby and I done! 20 mins. on treadmill done...but oh God I thought I was gonna die....too early in the morning....I am used to 3pm in the afternoon when Dr. Phil is on. Still have to finish laundry, see the Doc and ride the bike for ten minutes. I will GET ER DONE!:clap2:
  13. Wednesday: 1. Cook hubby & I a good healthy Breakfast. 2. Get Laundry done. 3. Get another fill & check up with Dr. Reynolds. 4. 20 minutes on tread mill & 10 on bike or if it is warm enough take a 30 min long brisk walk outside.

  15. Steak is done.....Yeah now I can rest! (till tomorrow)
  16. Tuesday: 1. DONE Call & Email relatives/friends after husband's cataract surgery. 2. Make husband a nice steak dinner tonight. 3. DONE Take down Christmas lights outside. 4. DONE Take dog for a long walk around the city. All but the steak dinner is done for me! YEAH!

  20. I ate a healthy breakfast and lunch. Last of the bed linens are in the dryer, and I already picked up the cleaning supplies. Yeah.

  22. Here is for Monday: 1. Make & Eat healthy meal choices. 2. Pick up needed cleaning supplies & household items @Family Dollar. 3. Change the battery in the smoke detector that keeps beeping.....ERRR! 4. Wash the bed linens.
  23. Let's see, the dog is washed, laundry is done, basement is cleaned, water is done....now I have to pee....LOL!
