hi im jennifer. im 26 years old. i have a 6 year old son, he is my main motivator to get healthy. i have been obese for most of my life. i have thought about the surgery for a few years now, and finally decided this is my best option after other failed attempts. right now im waiting for approval from my insurance. my surgeon says it helps to talk others who have had the same surgery so i found this site. i understand how hard the life changes im making are going to be so it will be nice to communicate with others going thru the same.
