I agree. Not a fan of the brand, plus the ready-to-drink shakes are pretty expensive. -

Premier Protein chocolate seems to be all I can manage after surgery. Pre-surgery I liked vanilla & strawberry too. I can tolerate banana Muscle Milk but all of their other flavors taste terrible to me. -
I waited about 3-4 weeks before having coffee. I drink 16 to 24 oz. per day and haven't had any problems.

I've only lost 43 lbs since 9/15. Not nearly as much off as I would like, but thankful it's off just the same. -
