I am a total "newbie" and I have no idea where to type things in or how to add my story! as you can tell i am not a "techy" type person! I am scheduled for GVS on August 18,2014 YAY! I would love some pointers,tips,suggestions on how to navigate this website? chat? Post? D@#N TECHNOLOGY!

Up at the top of the page go to the Forums link, then Gastric Sleeve Forums. At the top of that page, you will see an option to Tell Your Story. On that link, toward the bottom of the Tell Your Story paragraph, you should see a box on the lower right corner that says Tell Your Story. Click on that and start typing. When you are done, scroll down to the bottom of the typing box and click POST.
