I started my GPS to my VGS in March 2014 and after the psych,PT,dietary, numerous trips to the vampires (blood draws) I was approved by my insurance co in June & was so shocked the day the nurse called me and said it's a go!
My surgery is scheduled for August 18,2014 YIKES!!!!
I am excited,scared,worried,anxious & a little hungry!
I just finished the first week of the all liquid diet. it wasnt as bad as i thought it was going to be. although, my husband may disagree!
#no diet coke since march
#no creamer in coffee
#no straws
#no chewing in a week ;)
How do you practice taking small bites & chewing chewing chewing when you can't bite or chew anything for weeks? ;)
I am excited to see where my next stop is going to take me on my GPS to GVS!
I can't wait for my outside to match how I feel on the inside!
