Looking to others In my area
-
So I'm two months post op and over the last 5 weeks my energy level has dropped I have no desire to do anything. I'm sleeping a lot and just hang in front of TV for most of the day. No weird thoughts or anything just feel blah and unmotivated.

So if anyone knows exactly which body chemicals change during the post op process, my doctor had said usually your bodies chemicals change and balance out in about 3 weeks and some people it takes longer. But i have been unable to find any thing concerning these changes, i know one chemical change causes the hair loss in some and thinning of hair in others..etc....

in support group the other night i heard people saying they had a hard time getting liquids in , one girl said she drinks about 4 ounces then has to wait 30 minutes to an hour to drink another 4 ounces. i also thought something was wrong since i was able to drink so much but they said it was a good thing just slow it down. -

RNY 7/31- Feeling extremely regretful
Brian Green replied to jgarcia323's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
2 months before my surgery August 5th i was researching the future on what to eat and recipes i still search daily for new ideas for that time when it arrives i can eat some what normal. i think that even helped me since every thing i do every day is for the future and down the road, it did take me 2 weeks to wrap my head around what i was about to do but the end decision was easy something has to happen. -

i mix miralax once a day with my decaf coffee and that has worked for me, if you choose this method get the Walmart generic its much cheaper -
