Really massages? interesting. Thank you very much it's funny you say that because I just purchased another Tens unit today due to my old one of several years broke. Maybe I'll try that since there is a deep tissue setting.

    Hanging fat pockets

Not sure what all that means but I'll look it up. hahaha thank you.
  3. Blood pressure is a little high. I do have problem getting a lot of liquids.
  4. Not that I know of. When i had the surgery done they never said anything. Thank you. I have an appointment next month it was the earliest they had.
  5. Hi all I was wondering if anyone has this same thing? I've looked all over the internet and can't find anything not one thing not even images of other people. My inner thighs have fat hanging the best way I could describe it is if you take a pair of panty hose and fill it with sand maybe 2 pounds. Where it's connected to my body is skin i feel very little fat but at the bottom it's like that's where it all went. I asked my Dr and he said that's what it is a pocket of fat. Has anyone had experience with this? Any suggestion of exercise that would help reduce this? I prefer a home workout because I can't really afford a gym membership and no I don't have cable or any real frivolous things, except internet. Please help I'm ok with flabby arms and hanging fat from my stomach. These things are ugly and I can't even wear shorts comfortably without fear that they will hang out, which they do if I sit wrong. Thank you in advance.
  6. Hi All I had the sleeve done about 2 years ago. I wanted to see if anyone else has ever had this problem that I've had for awhile now. To start I haven't lost any where close to the weight I wanted but that's not the issue. My issue i when I'm standing for more than maybe 15 minutes I start feeling pain in my lower stomach maybe groin area and I get light headed, my hearing goes really muffled, and I get cold sweat and one time I passed out for a few seconds luckily about 40 of my friends were there to catch me. The time I passed out I was in Texas in the middle of a heat wave and even my friends who are from Texas said it was hot. I tried to ask my doctor but he said since I didn't go in when it happens it's hard to say. Thank you for any advice.

    Depression and weight

I have been over weight my whole life. At my heaviest I think I was 440. Luckily for me DJing has given me confidence but I can say I was a bit depressed. It sucked seeing all my friends get girls but I just kept DJing. My point is maybe find something you are good at and redirect all the negativity into that and hopefully you can over come it.

    Drinking liquids

Hi all I am 1 week out of getting the sleeve and I wouldn't change a thing. I have a question if anyone can help. I know I'm supposed to do liquids like the little medicine cup in 15 minutes. The thing is I feel good and I'm able to drink one of those in one sip. Is that OK or should I go back to the 15 min rule?

    Stalls are depressing!

Try picking up physical weights of how much you lost I think it might change your mind. Even if it's only 10 pounds pick up a 10 pound weight and imagine you walking everywhere with that. It totally changed my mind.

    Flappy Skin

What do you use the hula hoop for? Hula hooping or some kind of creative something else?
