I was sleeved one week ago today. I'm still on liquids, protein drinks, broth, water, etc. I've been reading posts and sample menus and it seems most people are referring to meat when they reference "protein". I don't eat any red meat, chicken, or pork. I do occasionally eat fish and can eat much more if needed. My question is whether there are vegetarians with high-protein , low-carb staple food items that they swear by (besides Greek yogurt). Tofu? Beans and lentils? Etc?
