    Ready to Get Back On Track

    Hi Everyone! I was banded in 8/14...lost 35 lbs and gained 20 back. I am on a medication for depression which I struggle with that causes excessive weight gain which has been hindering my progress with the band. I currently weigh 230 lbs. My goal is to get under 200 while being on my medication. Am ready to get back on track and log daily on My Fitness Pal and exercise 3-4 times weekly. I am looking for someone to talk to who can help be a support or who also logs on MFP. Hope to hear from you soon ~Rebecca

    Hey guys I'm from essex county about 20 mins from Lincoln Tunnel. <3 Lost about 60 so far between my band to sleeve with another 40 to go till I reach my goal of about 150. I am also doing Weight Watchers to help me stay on track. If anyone would like to exchange numbers let me know!!!
  5. Hey guys we are about to start a new exercise challenge and now I finally got a spreadsheet up and running! So everyone let me know your exercise goal (# of hours per week), and check in is every Monday! If you want to include your weight too that's fine...if you have a fit bit let me know and I'll invite you to the challenges we have been doing on there!!! PS- you may have to log into google to see the spreadsheet!!!     I did NO formal exercise this past week. And my eating hasn't been great either! Going to try to go to a few bootcamp and yoga classes this week so hopefully I'll get in more exercise! Youre in my thoughts and prayers Barty!

    I'm heading out to yoga tonight but this past week was bad. Maybe 2 hours. A lot of stress. But I'm 198.4 and happy about that

    I wish I could get in that much. Have basically been hiding under the covers from family stress. Probably got in about 4 hours from walking and standing at work if that counts. Going to try to go to yoga 3-4 times this week. And get back in the groove.

  18. Hey everyone! Since a lot of people seemed to get good use out of the exercise challenge we are going to do it again. This one will run from here till 3/1/16! I don't have access to a google spreadsheet but luckily we had a poster make one last round so if anyone has access it would be greatly appreciated! Here is the outline: Let everyone know your weekly exercise goal (how many hours) Optional: Give your starting weight and goal weight for 3/1/16 Post weekly (Every Monday) if you were able to make your weekly goal and optional weight. My goal is 3 hours of exercise per week (so far I have 1 hr 15 mins) and my starting weight is 210.4. My goal weight for 3/1/16 is 195. Hope everyone gets good use out of this challenge, we are all here to cheer each other on!

    Going through a lot of marital stress and hardly exercised at all this week. About 2.5-3 hours. Hopefully as things get better I'll get back into exercising and going to yoga more.
