    EXERCISE CHALLENGE

    This was my first week out of the hospital for issues with my colon and I only got in one 75 minute yoga class. I was so exhausted. But I'm down to 213 which was beyond my goal. Going to try to make a comeback this week with the exercise...Merry Christmas to everyone!!!

    I was in the hospital the past 8 days with a blockage of blood flow to my colon. So I did not exercise all last week. Trying to take it easy so for this week my goal is 2 hours. SW 225.6 CW 214.8 my goal was 214...so close!

    217.8 on Monday...I've been in the hospital on clear liquids for the past 3 days for a bad colitis. So I'm SURE I've lost some more in the past few days.

    This week went over three...did about 4:10. Was going to go to Yoga today but am having a bad bout of gastritis so I didn't go. Hopefully by Wednesday it'll feel better so I can go to my middle eastern Dance class which is almost 2 hours!

    Surpassed my 3 hour goal for the week already (3 Hours and 20 Mins) Lets see how much I can get...I'm going to shoot for 5 Hours.

    Hit my goal this week...worked out 4 hours. My starting weight at the beginning of the challenge was 225.6 and I'm down to 218.6 so far. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! ????
  11. I didn't stick to this challenge last time but due to the holidays I've been really going at the carbs so I'm going to give it another shot. I'm aiming for 4 days of just shakes. We'll see how it goes....

    I started solids this week... I missed out on a little exercise. Got in about 2.5 hours instead of 3. I'm down to 219.6 lbs. slow and steady.

    My goal was 3 hours and I worked out 4! My SW was 222.6 and my CW is 221.8 my goal is 213. Hoping to keep up the workouts! (And lower my caloric coffee drinks!!!)

    good job at making it twice ???? Thank you .. I'm trying for more .. I didn't think it was that difficult lol I thought I was being dramatic .. Work your way up...that's what I'm doing...slowly getting back into going to yoga and using the treadmill and bike. And try to find something that you like. I LOVE yoga so it doesn't feel like a workout but afterwards I can feel the work I put in. I still think it's awesome that you're trying. Good for you!

  22. I had a horrible eating day and want to get back on track so I'm in to start this challenge tomorrow. I was going to start out with 3 days and then see if I want to do the full 5.
