Interesting stuff. Been 8 days, and when I watch my craving foods(meats... fried food...) on food network channel, I want to eat. But 10 minutes later, after I turn off the TV, it all goes away. The main issue I got now is, when I don't see the food, I will forget to eat. I seem to skip meals as much as 8 hours, forgetting to eat. Water seems to be an issue... Any ideas? I think I should keep a timer an ring it every 2 hours...
