    Congrats John!!!! I am 11 days post op and feel pretty darn good. Keep walking everyday and it will help with everything including getting your stamina back. Who ever knew that 2 days in a bed could take 5 or 6 days to recoup.

    July 21 for me. 305 at 4th of July and 265 on July 31. Extremely excited to start a new chapter of my life. I was told this morning that I have not snored in a week or so and I have no knee pain. Looking forward to the puréed phase of my diet .

    I changed my world on 7-21 and I felt the exact same way. Look at it this way, we are not going to put our bodies through this unless we are committed to success. I am only 1 1/2 week out but for the first time in years I feel hope.

    July 21 was my date, so far so good but I am ready to hopefully advance to the puréed diet since I am more of a savory guy. I still feel a little nervous about the results just because anatomically I don't feel much change other than not being able to take in all my liquids. Btw I am down almost 40 lbs since July 7.
