What to do when no one supports ... Your decision
SHELLYROCKWELL replied to Running2theSleeve's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Getting sick of the same old foods. Feeling like I need some sweets. Any healthy suggestions? Iam about 5 pounds from my goal weight of 130, so I want to be smart about healthy choices. I usually drink chocolate premier protein shakes as the snack, but feeling like my body wants more. -

You have to do what makes you happy. The surgery was the best decision I have ever made. Im down 82 pounds after almost 9 months. You do need support from friends and family to get you thru the ruff stages, so im so sorry to hear your family is not helping your decision. Remember you have forum friends how are here to help you through this. -

Dr Mario Camelo Ramos
SHELLYROCKWELL replied to Ky89's topic in Mexico & Self-Pay Weight Loss Surgery
Dr. Camelo was an amazing doctor, I have referred 2 friend to him and they are scheduled for the sleeve on Aug 3rd. I couldn't be more happy with him and the entire staff. Attached are my before and after photos The before photo was Sept 26th, 2014 The after photo was July 2nd, 2015 82 pounds are now gone!! SO EXCITED:) -
Lindseyzzzme, My doctor told me the same thing, but after all the research I've done you should do the 2 week before liquids, because it shrinks your liver. I'm having my surgery Sept 26th. Where are you having your surgery at? I'm having the gastric sleeve, why do you choose the bypass vs sleeve?
