Thanks to all for your kind remarks and advice!! It's so encouraging to have someone to "share" with! I will make some things ahead to freeze - good idea. My husband is self-sufficient and I know he can fix himself something to eat. I just didn't want to completely dump him on his own! He is so good to me and so supportive, I want to be good to him, too! Looking forward to talking to you all in the future! Ruth -

Feeding Your Family while you can't eat?

Getting ready for sleeve surgery Jan. 19th. There is just my husband and me in the home. How do you cook, etc. for the others in your house when you can't eat what they are eating? Is it hard to do and smell without going crazy? I'm worried about this. How have you all handled it. Any tips you can give me? Thanks!!
