Need help with alternatives....plus I'm so thirsty al the time... do you have a problem getting in liquids?

I been drinking my protein...I so over them tho...are yall eating regular food yet? I'm eating like six bites and fill full....I really enjoy drinking more that eating....

No I haven't I can't drink straight water...I drink tea's and watered down juices

We are almost a month out.....are yall keeping everything down?

Hi Joli....omg I feel you....i have the same protein drinks...chocolate and strawberry creme .. I do not get my protein in....and I have 4 cases 2/2...I drink one for breakfast and I try so hard to drink another for drink or evening snack...I think all the drinking is already hard enough....64 oz's of liquids...plus Proteins...it's hard but it's getting better

OK I'm still in the hospital only because my Doctor had 5 surgery's this morning I guess I will see him after that...for discharge.... Im doing OK tho...I had a problem with the breathing tube...other than that and the gas pains I was find.....how you are you doing?

Me too...I wish that I only told my kids and husband too...

Omg....I thought it was just me.....for months everyone in my circle was like OK...do it so you can feel better about you...my surgery is on Monday now every speaks up...on how I can do this myself and they will help me now...sheesh I was so upset last night..I'm like why now...OK since y'all feel like this ...then its along road ahead of me...so please have this same feeling after my surgery.... And I said Thanks for caring but I'm doing it....some people just don't understand.....

All that should work call the office and see if you can bring all that to them...plus you need to see a physiologist within 30 of submitting your packet..

Yeah I gave my case manager all the diet logs and she said OK they where good...it also depends on the doctor who is doing your surgery too...

Hopefully just 4 weeks no more than 6...

That's what we are hear for...I think talking to people who not going through it...its hard for them to understand....but I'm here if you need anything...I'm glad to because of my insurance issue I thought I wouldn't be able too for awhile... But I got it done..just do as much as you can now...6 months will be here in no time

@@bebeandkoko I'm okay...I've had almost a year to prepare...because of insurance issues...so I'm ready...I was feeling a little scared last week....this is a emotional roller coaster...and I start my pre op diet on the 5th... @barbclay...maybe that's something everyone go through because I'm doing that to...looking to eat to feel better...I think its the before surgery gitters... @anglic...continue to enjoy yourself our lives are about to change in a good way...that's where I'm at....I'm ready too

Yes..it was something...I had seen the doctor in November 2013...but my health insurance didn't cover bariatric surgery... I had to wait to switch my HMO....I did in July...but also start any weight loss program plus seen my doctor once a month...and in July I seen the psychologist... Nutritist... Same day...and they submitted my packet to insurance on Aug 18...approval on Aug 21.. I think it was quick because I started the other program too...and its Medicaid..
