Thanks you! Yes I started exercising about 2 month after surgery. 30 lbs in a month is really good. It takes time to loose 100 lbs, but you can do it.

I'm nearly 13 months post op and it's crazy how some people don't realize that you DO have to give up stuff for this to work. Would I like to have a coke? Sure. There are several things I would like, but know that I can't have and I'm ok with it. Being healthier and feeling better outweigh everything! -

It sleeved about 11:30 this morning! Pain isn't too bad but the gas is horrible!

heatherbb Yes I really like Dr. S and the staff. My first appointment was on 6/25 and had surgery scheduled for 8/12 that same day. They wanted to schedule on 7/14 but I already had plans to be out of town. Process was very easy. I had an appointment with a dietician, psychologist and an egd and that was it. It was the BEST decision I ever made. I am doing great!!! Do you live in Houston or surrounding area?
