I used Dr. Ortiz in TJ & absolutely LOVED him. I have had great care & would reccomend him to anyone. Mexico was a good option for me.

I heard Oprah say that Spanx are all she every wears anymore. When she said that I ran out real fast & bought me some. I truly do love them!! It works like a girdle without "feeling" like a girdle. I can still breath & move, but my tummy is still held in. :confused: And yes, it keeps you from getting weggies!!! I don't wear them everyday, just the days when I have somewhere to go & want to look good. Try some!!

I am so sorry you have to go through this. My sister was divorced several years ago & I went through it with her. Sad, sad time in her life. He did a lot of the things your husband did & she just felt she didn't love him any more. She has a little bit of a different outlook. She is re-married, but still has to deal with issues from her ex because of the kids. Her new husband is a good man, but marriage is always work!! She said that she still struggles with issues from her previous marriage AND she added to those struggles with her new marriage. She feels that it would have been better to give it 100% in her first marriage then to get divorced. She said her problems got bigger & her kids have had a lof of difficulties. I have never been divorced & can only imagine, what you're going through. But, I thought I'd give out another person view point. Lots of hugs as you deal through this. An unhappy marriage is never, ever easy!!

I don't think we're scared of our band Shauna. We just want to avoid pain & possible swelling or maybe even problems with our bands down the road. It think it's very healthy to want to make sure we're not hurting out bands. We paid money for these bands & I am going to take care of it!! I am certainly not scared at all. I think you need a little more fill in your band & then maybe you'll understand a little bit more of what everyone is saying. There comes a point when eating the wrong food hurts badly. Hot dogs can be just that for some of us. Maybe that's not how it works for you. Everyone is different!!!

Daisy - you don't look like you just had a baby!!! All my pictures after having a baby are of me dragging & lookin' real crappy. You look absolutely beautiful!! And for the baby?!?! What can I say that everyone didn't say already?!?! Cute award is definately in her future. You have every reason to be a proud Mommy. Enjoy this time you have because it will pass by very quickly. :)

I had absolutely NO PAIN when they inserted it. It felt like a normal pap smear. I love my IUD & would never use any other form of birth control. I have no mood swings, light periods & I am a happy women. I can't imagine why anyone would pass out when it's inserted. It was PAIN FREE!!

I just hit my year mark & thought I'd post some pictures!! I'm down 70 lbs! The first one is the day of surgery in my size 24 jeans & the next were taken today in my comfy size 14 jeans!!

Here they are: 1) I weigh less then my husband which has NEVER happened since we were first married. 2) The person in the mirror now matches up with the person inside. 3) I weigh less then my driver's liscense says I do. 4) I get lots of looks from guys & I've NEVER had that. 5) I am wearing a bathing suit in public! 6) My kids are bragging about me to their friends instead of being emberassed. 7) I run into people who knew me a long time ago & they have no clue who I am!! 8) I looking younger then my younger sisters. 9) I can wear my seat belt in the car comfortably! 10) I don't mind taking pictures anymore. Teresita - did you get this from The Pampered Chef?!?!? I sold Pampered Chef for 10 yrs & that is EXACTLY how you make it!! This was one of my favorite recipes. I was going to post here, but you saved me some time. Love it!!

They are all a knock off of Curves. I have been to them all. :welldoneclap: They are all pretty much the same. One of them here in AZ offered a juice bar along with a sauna & tanning room. It came with the package & was the same price as all the others. Check them all out & see who offers the best deal. I was a part of Curves for 3 years & it worked great. However, you will plateau once you work out there for a certain period of time. I needed something more so I joined a Gym that really works my butt out!!! Curves is great for people who need a little kick in the behind & don't want to start out at the big, scary gyms. I loved it!!!
