I have been on the liquid diet for like 5 days now and nothing went wrong I was satisfied with the shakes even tho I wanted to eat so badly and today I ate a pb&j sandwich I just couldn't help it I still have like 10 days left on this you think my liver will be okay. ? I'm Really Ashamed

Omg I wish I had one meal a day I'm On A Full Liquid Diet I Could Only have 3-5 Protein Shakes A Day And Water And Jello I'm SOO Hungry But That's Not Important To Me Right Now Only Surgery And Getting Healthier and Fit
