Hello everyone! Well, my surgery is tomorrow and I'm all set with my vitamins shakes etc... I'm so excited and ready!!!!! Can anybody please share some recipes or maybe cookbooks you recommend? Also, can anybody give some word of advise. Maybe something you wish you would have known about the after effect etc... Anything would help!!! Thanks in advance!!!

Thank you so much!!! Oh yes I'm set on liquids protein and vitamins. The bad thing is I haven't thought beyond that point.

Wow so happy for you on your success!!!!! I'm a little nervous because I feel I could be more prepared. I've been to multiple classes and read a lot on gastric bypass, but still feel ill prepared.
