the best things were a loose pr of purple hippie pants that were thick and warm with a drawstring so nothing was tight on my stomach and my azz was covered. and a firm square small pillow for abdominal support. I was happy to have my bag balm which I use for chapstick, it is lanolin. and a very loose very big sweater, I was cold all the time, and a fleece blanket. all these things set me free to relax even tho I had comments on bringing "too much", I just ignored it. bring whatever makes you comfy but no jewelry. it's only a couple days.

oh and my c shaped airline pillow, that was very helpful too.
