    I am also one month out I have lost a total of 55 pounds 44 since surgery on 8/13. Weight loss has slowed down the last week. I think that's partly do to my lack of eating. I need to get above 1000 calories a day. But no complaints from me this is the smallest I have been in over 7 years.

    Thanks I think that's my issue since I am eating soups and mushy food. I am eating close to 4 ounces in a meal.

    I was checking everyday and I started to get discouraged. I am now only checking once every couple of days I am going to try to only check it on Mondays

    How often are you checking your weight. I have noticed on somedays or even over a two day period I might only lose a few ounces and that makes me disappointed. Would love to get some feedback from others. Thanks

    My doctor only requires a one week diet. So I will not have his official diet until next week. I have chosen to do a two week to help prepare my self. Thanks for the menu I was doing shakes and drinks during the day and one salad at night with Protein.
