I'm right there with you. I'm at 5 weeks postop and my scale has moved very little in the past 2 weeks. Really frustrating when you feel like you're doing everything right. I'm going to to kick off my exercise plan and maybe that will get me the results I'm looking for.

I tried Smarty Pants chewables and you can get them at Wholefoods. They taste pretty good too.
