  1. I do well with my meal plan most days, but then there are times when I eat just a bite or two too many and wish I could undo what I just did. Now is one of those times -- a few too many cashews. I know the misery will pass, but until then......Yuck!

      Were they the salted type? The salt gets me every time...I am a salt-aholic....love salt, always have, and it is my nemesis. So I always over-do with salty-crunchy stuff...have to stay away from it! HAVE TO!

      @CanyonBaby ...... yes, they were salted cashews. I, too, am a salt-aholic, always have been. And it is the salty-crunchy stuff that calls my name, esp. the beef jerky. I'm working on saying "NO" to those things that I've not planned into my day. Let's face it, besides the additional calories, carbs, etc., the additional salt isn't helping with the water retention issue.
