  1. For the past few weeks, I've had a hankering for a peanut butter cup, and have managed to resist buying any every time I've gone shopping. The combination of peanut butter and chocolate is a favorite even though I'm not a choco-holic. Recently I've learned about PB2 powder and have found a recipe on Unjury that just might satisfy this craving and still have more protein and good stuff than bad stuff. I just ordered some PB2 to try. Will let you know how the peanut butter cups turn out.

not saying this will help you, but this is what i do when i have the chocolate devil on my shoulder .... I buy the best i can afford. then i break off one square... put it in my mouth, and let it melt... no chewing... by the time it melts away, so has my craving.

@bayougirlmrsa - Good idea. I've done that with other foods that I enjoy, and I don't feel like I'm deprived of a food I enjoy. Usually a bite or two suffices. I'm just trying to avoid having the real thing in the house in case I lose control of my discipline.

Not sure how it is yet but yesterday I bought a "Think Thin" protein bar. It is chocolate covered smooth peanut butter. 20g protein and 0 sugar. Maybe check that out...I got it at Walgreens.
