I have problems getting chicken down too. As a matter of fact i prefer not to have chicken. I love seafood and I've been eating mussels at least 2-3 per week. What are you eating for protein? -

I was sleeved on 12/1/14, I am down 55 poounds. I have stalls to which last about 1 or 2 weeks then I lose 5 pounds. I believe I am meeting all my protein and other nutritional goals. I have an upcoming follow up appointment in March. -

Here are some before and after pictures of my honey and I. He didn't have weight loss surgery however he chose to lose weight with me. Pre-surgery we weighed a total of 518 pounds. We are down to 375 pounds. He has lost 88 pounds and I have lost 55. God is good and so is this journey! -
Once again God has shown up and showed out for my family. Treavon Horton has been accepted to Colby Sawyer College in New London, NH. He has been offered at $60,000 4 year academic scholarship. Praise God, praise God, praise God! See son it only took one YES and it was received with a blessing (a scholarship)! The struggle is real yet with God we still overcome!Isaiah 40:31 reads...But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.All Praises to God!

Hallelujah, I made it home safely. When I tell you this snow right here has broke that last nerve.... it has. I ran into a snow bank trying to get off the parking lot at work, I'm okay though no damage to Louise. It wasn't a hard hit. Then driving in the streets with no lines just lots and lots of snow. Life is really showing me what I'm made of!

Call me crazy but I love snow storms....the one's that are so bad when you open the door it's halfway covered with snow, if not completely covered. Please snow God give us a blizzard, Nor'easter whatever will have school and work called off! Oh, please no power outage.
