    OK, this is a pretty cool idea. I read somewhere on here about this little snack. I just tried it and it is wonderful. Well, relitively speaking. You know hiow when you do low carb you crave something crunch, or a cracker to put your tuna salad on?? Well, take grated parmesan cheese, put it on a pan in little circle shaped piles. Broil it. When it cools, it is crisp like a cracker and pretty yummy, and no carbs!!

    welcome to everyone!! I ate too many carbs yesterday, so ketosis for tommorow is going to be a stretch, but I have only had protein today and I am drinking lots of water to try and flush my system out. It may be bedtime, but I am still planning for ketosis tommorow!!

    Here are my thoughts on the speed. Go at a pace that pushes you, but not to the point of injury. Personally, I walk at 3.5 and run at 5. If I am fatigued for some reason I iwll bump it down if I need to. YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Even if your pace is very slow, as long as you are moving then you are making positive changes in your exercise regimen. With time you will increase your speed (and your amount of weight loss :thumbup:) Can't wait to get started on Monday!

    For those who have PCOS

    Well....I have had normal ones for 4 months now and suddenly I am 5 days late!! I even did a pregnancy test today, which was negative. I have decreased my intake a lot in the past month. Maybe that has messed me up a little. Who knows. These hormones have a mind of their own..

    We can all do this. Just got ack home from the banquet and yes I drank a margarita and a daqauri. I feel bloated and like crap. Me and St Atkins will be hitting it hard and heavy in the morning. So glad I am not alone in this!!
