    Nuke, I am doing great!! You have been a busy woman. Congrats on the upcoming wedding. I had been doing low carb, so not really keeping up with calories. I am now just eating healthy and balanced. I am exercising a lot and watching my calories in and out more closely. I have really started relying on my bugg again. I am gld I have it!!

    kathy, I am very driven. It is a blessing and a curse. Sometimes I don't know when to quit, or I do and I choose not to. I take 4 gummy vitamins daily. I do have a bodybugg and I love it!! I log my food on it. Before I started running I averaged 800 - 900 calories a day. I am now taking in 1000 - 1100 calories a day. I know I just really need to give it a rest, but I haven't repeated a day yet, and I soooo don't want to. Oh dear.....

    I run every other day. I do my Jillian videos on M,T, TH, F, Sat. I should probably alternate my running with the videos, but I really want to do both. My body is just starting to feel tired. It's weird. I am not really sore as much as I just feel fatigued. Maybe I need to up my calories more??? I take in between 1000 and 1100 calories a day.

    I just did week 7 day 1. It was really hard. Another 25 minute run. Once again I could only hang for 20 minutes. I did my Jillian Michael dvd before my run and i just ran out of juice. I really think I need to give my body a rest. I hope I don't run again tonight, and I am hoping to stick with that. It is really crazy, but it would easier to make myself run tonight than to not, but I am really going to try.

    Nuke, I took a break from mine as well, but I am back to wearing it all the time. I also do the 15 month subscription. I plan to be at goal within a year, and I probably will not use it forever. It is a great help now, though. How are you??

    You guys have been busy this morning! Bonnie - WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are soooo awesome to do this preband. I don't think I could have mustered up enough confidence at that time. GOOD FOR YOU!!! Georgia - Take care of that knee. The treadmill is definately going to give your joints more of a pounding. It makes sense to me that the treadmill could be a contributing factor. Whosya - You are our official thread cheerleader!! I love reading your posts. Thanks for being such an encourager to all of us!!!! WE ROCK!!!!! KEEP IT UP!!!! I do love this thread. As for the scales. I WANT TO WEIGH!!!!!!!! However, I am afraid that if I do and the scales aren't going down as fast as I want them to then I will lose focus. I want to stay focused!!!! The scales could be deceiving at this point because we are all gaining muscle, which is a very good thing. SO....................Hang in there ladies, and get ready for some awesome Labor Day Ticker Updates!!!!!

    Georgia, take care of yourself. We will all still be here when you are healed and ready to run. kathy - Way to go. You are doing great!! Keep it up. Enjoy the "date" tonight. Sugar - Cut yourself some slack. You did just have a major procedure on both legs. You are doing very well. Just the fact that you are running already is amazing. Think of where you started just a few wekks ago. You are doing great!!

    Kathy, I am so glad you are doing better. We were in a car wreck about 10 years ago. I didn't have any "real" injuries, but I totaled my car. It was a pretty goo lick. Anyway, there is really no way to describe that kind of soreness. I remember it being really painful. Hang in there! It will get better each day. So glad you are going to get back on today. Running may actually help work out some of the soreness. Again, I am so glad you and your family are ok!! Way to go on the interview!! Hope to hear the good news soon.

    I am a Nike girl. Shox are my favorites. The ones i have now are not shox, but they are Nike and are pretty comfy too.

    Georgia, I really think I am losing again and I want to weigh SOOOOOO bad!! I keep telling myself that it will be so fun to wait a whole month and see a big loss. That would jsut feel awesome. I am also afraid that if i weigh now and my scales have not dropped then I will get discouraged and not give my very best. I am really focused right now and making good choices. With time that WILL result in weight loss. We can do this. The hardest part is not doing the fit test on the wii. My scales are gone, but I have figured out that there is a way, so I am going to have to use a little willpower. I can do this! I can do this! I can do this!! I will jsut keep telling myself that over and over!

    I'm staying on plan today because I love the new me!! Sunshine, I am also 5'5". Our start weights are similiar and we are at the same weight now. I looked at your albums and you look great. You have a beautiful family as well!

    Lyn I love your new pic and 179 is awesome!!!!!! You really do seem to have a fun personality!! You add so much to our thread! Glad you decided to join in. Welcome Berry. I do Jillian Michael videos 5 days a week. Sometimes it falls on run days, sometimes it doesn't. I may add some rowing. That is a very good idea. I am missing my scales badly. I am still holding out!!

    Leslie, When I start each week I always think that there is no way I can move to the next week, but I have and you will too. Today DH was saying that each run should push us to what we think is our limit and then by the next week our limit has moved. I can look back and see that is what has happened. You are doing awesome!! Keep it up. I'm glad your DH found your MP3 player. I don't think I could run without my ipod. DJ BeatSmith and I are big buds!! LOL I did it. I ran for 25 minutes. I ran at 5.2 until the last 4 minutes, then I had to bump down to 5.0. i repeated week 6 mix 3 tonight, so on Friday I will move on to week 7. I looked ahead and week 7 is a repeat of tonight. I am sooooo glad. It was soooo hard!!

    lyn, congrats!!! That is an awesome run. Bonnie, You are doing great!! Don't be scared of the 20 minutes. You can do it!!! I have bumped my speeds down just a little. Since adding the exercise videos I find the running a little more difficult. I am walking at 3.7 and running at 5.0. You ladies are all doing great!!! Keep it up!!

    Mamato, I will never give you a hard time for having to stop to take your little girl to potty. I was 20 minutes into my 25 minute run this morning and guess who I had to take to the potty?? ME! I had to go soooo bad. It was either go on the treadmill (not a good idea) or stop and go potty. I tried to get back on and do my last 5 minutes, but I just couldn't get back in the zone. I may try it again tonight, but I might wait until tommorow. 20 minutes is definately a good run for the day. I don't know if I want to do the whole thing over to get the last 5 minutes in. We'll see.

    tootie, I do a set of 5 Jillian Michael DVD's. I just started them. I do them everyday except Wednesday and Sunday, so some days I end up doing both. Running seems a little harder with the addition of the DVD's, but they are more strength and sculpting, so I'm guessing it's ok.

    I'm staying on plan today because I want to lose 25 pounds by my bandiversary, and it is VERY doable if I stay focused!!
