Hi Hilary, I am also just starting out on my lapband journey. I have had my 1st visit with the nurse and am booked in for surgery on the 27th Nov. I am seeing my surgeon today. Dr. Blair Bowden at the Wesley here in Brisbane. I know I have to do this but I am a bit hesitant about the pre and post liquid diet, if I was good at the liquid diets I wouldn't need to lose 45kg!:hungry: I am keen to hear how things go for you.
