Hi Everyone! My name is Elaine,and I live in Illinois. I had my surgery last Wednesday (June 28),and I go to get my stiches removed on Friday. I started out at 206.5lbs. today I was 199! I just found this website,and I want to hear any advice from anyone for ways to stay motivated.

Hi! I am just 5 days post op. I go to get the stiches removed this Wednesday. At first, the shoulder pain (left side) was worse than the pain from the stiches. But today I am feeling better. I too, am having problems with gas. Any suggestions?
