Happy New Year to me. I paid $16,500 which included a night because of sleep apnea. I am in Ontario, Canada. Down 40 lbs since August. Hoping to write a fantastic Success story one day!

I am from Canada. I paid out of pocket for my Lapband. I was banded Aug and I am down 40 lbs. I am going to use this tool and work hard to be a success. -

Starting the New Year off thinking of your Health is the best place to start, and you have taken that step. -

I am down 40 pounds. Finally, people have noticed. I want to ensure I continue my weight loss. I lost my gym buddy to shift work and heading into the Holiday foods. Any good tips on how to keep my motivation going!
